RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY?
You may return your eligible merchandise to Urban Tactical for a refund or exchange within 90 days of receipt.
All Closeout items are Final Sale and not eligible for return.
Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded.
Refunds will be applied to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
Purchases made online at UrbanTactical.com may also be returned to the Urban Tactical retail location(s) so long as you provide proof of purchase and have the original payment method (e.g., the same credit card you used to purchase the product). If original payment method was Paypal or Affirm, refund will be issued as store credit in the form of a gift card.
Please allow five to ten business days from receipt of your returned item(s) for your refund to post.
WHAT ITEMS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS AND EXCHANGES?
Please be sure to follow washing and handling instructions carefully, as Urban Tactical does not offer returns or exchanges due to the mis-washing of products
Defective merchandise will be exchanged at the current value unless accompanied by receipt.
To make an exchange online simply return your item(s) using reason code “exchange” and add a note indicating the exchange item you desire. An alternative would be to complete an exchange at one of our Urban Tactical owned stores.
Defective 3rd party product must go through manufacturer.
Returned items will be inspected and non-defective merchandise must be returned in original, unworn condition.
Underwear and Face Masks are considered Final Sale and therefore cannot be returned.
To protect the authenticity of our patches, all sales are final on Patches. We accept returns for refund or exchange for patches that are damaged or defective only.
Other items marked “Final Sale” and/or promotional items (e.g., free gifts-with-purchase, buy-one-get-one-free items, etc.) may not be returned.

Description
The Nextorch UT21 features a double-mode design with red-blue flash and white light, and can be used as both a shoulder lamp and an emergency light. The push button switch can automatically change the lighting directions of the red-blue flash between the front and the side depending on the carrying direction. The gesture recognition mode allows easy operation even with gloves on. The even distribution of 22 high-power LEDs provides 360° all-around illumination and is visible up to about 1000 meters under clear skies. The detachable 360° swivel clip with super strong holding power is made of high quality nylon fiberglass materials, making UT21 a multi-functional clip light that can be mounted on MOLLE webbing, backpacks, shoulder straps and other platforms. UT21 can also be attached to metal surfaces, for which 2 strong magnets are embedded on the bottom. The built-in 640 mAh Li-ion battery provides a maximum runtime of 25 hours. Type C direct charging allows quick and convenient power supply via power bank, car charger, computer, etc.
